Plov master class by Bahriddin Chustiy

Kamola Makhmudova in partnership with British-Uzbek Society, hosted first ever a live master class of how to cook an authentic Uzbek plov demonstrated by Bahriddin Chustiy, a celebrity Chef, who has been marked by the Guinness World Records Book as the creator of the largest plov on the planet! The viewers could also enjoy the dance by a lead male dancer Sherzod Kenjabaev and a virtuoso doira player, Utkir Maxkamov.
